All speakers have confirmed their intent to participate; not responsible if unforeseen circumstances prevent a speaker from appearing. Registrations are non-refundable: Cancellations accepted via E-mail - you will be sent a DVD containing all lectures IF you pay to register now, but notify us by June 15th that you cannot attend.

All paid attendees will have the opportunity to purchase the DVD from the event at a reduced rate the day of... there is no need to pre-purchase the DVD now, if you are attending. Non-attendees may pre-order for $19 here.
